Our home away from home Bella Villa is a deluxe 3 bedroom villa to rent recently completed to very high standards thoughout.With its own Private pool, garden. The villa is set up high overlooking Paphos in the beautiful island of Cyprus. Brand new, very modern designed rental villa.

Upstairs to Master bedroom, King size bed with a Dream Mattress and pillows for a really restful night's sleep. Ensuite bath, shower, toilet, walk in wardrobe.Free Safe for valuables. Door way out to veranda, sea views. Lovely Ratan table and chairs for you coffee or an evening drink overlooking the twinkling lights of Paphos below.
Twin Beds, ensuite bath, shower, toilet. Fitted cupboards, Patio doorway out to veranda and seating area for seaviews and over to the tiny church.Very peacful area, little or no traffic so its great outside for children to play.
Air conditioning is thoughout this fee is to be paid locally to our mangement team, these are eco effecient A units so are very low cost units to run . Cost is 5 euros per unit per day.
Two bedrooms have sea views .
The double bed that is the downstairs bedroom has pool patio-view & garden view.

When the St Georges Hills resort is completed later in 2010 it will have 10 cascading pools, into a indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, Weight room, Spa, Gym, Creche, Kids areas, jogging track, if you wish you can even marry in the little church that will be on site. Meanwhile you can use the similar facilities that are situated locally 8 mins by car, [Wi fi paid by hour there}
There is a local taverna and Cypriout tradtional coffee shop just 5 mins stroll ,NewsPaper shop etc near there too .Major Shopping supermarkets etc, are only 5 mins by car.Historic Paphos harbour or Coral bay areas with its many shops and sea resturants, are only 10 mins away by car.
You have a private own 3 Bedroom villa in Paphos if it is showing booked for the weeks you require please still make a enquiry as the management team on St Georges will be able to accomadate you in one of the other 3 very similar deluxe villas they manage.Or if you have a larger party of guests and wish to rent all the villas ideal for a wedding group, or larger family.

For Laundry. we have a washing machine and drying area. Iron etc.
Rubbish should be placed in main green bin at bottom of the road.Taken away every couple of days.

Cyprus and Paphos Coral bay area.
Our villa is not far from Paphos and the Coral bay is only 10mins away by car from the villa and is a blue flag beach with many watersports, Boat hire, canoes, jet skis,etc, lots of local resturants and cafes.
Extras. You can use extra facitlites 5 mins drive away,until st Georges Hills is completed which is 5 mins stroll away.
It has the extra use of Kids play ground, Tennis court, 4 outdoor cascading pools, Indoor heated pool for the cooler days, Jacuzzi, Spa, resturant and small shop, Wii fi hourly rate for this.Notes on accommodation
The villa is on an Estate of 12 villas with a private cul-de-sac road. There is very little passing traffic making it a child friendly environment. meet and greet service and a Welcome pack can be arranged,and discount card for local restaurants, taxis and services.
Accessibility
There are a few steps leading up to the property making it moderately suitable for disabled access.
Outside
Pool area large tiled pool area with 8x4m pool, outside table and chairs, sun-loungers and umbrellas. Garden is newly landscaped. Parking is off street for 2 cars and plenty more available on the estate.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches at Coral Bay are 10 minutes away; with many more to explore on this fabulous coast line. Geo-thermal winds make this area ideal for wind-surfing and sailing, with RYA Training Schools and boat and board hire available. Also Para-gliding, snorkelling and scuba diving are catered for.
Golf
Ideal for golf lovers with 3 championship golf courses within 25 minutes. Minthis Hills 18 hole, par 72 6060m. Secret Valley 18 hole, par 72 5904m. Aphrodite Hills 18 hole, par 72. Club hire arranged.
Skiing
Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? The snows on Mount Olympus are fabulous. Ski passes arranged.
