To secure the booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to travel together with a refundable damage deposit of £200.which will be returned to your account within one week of your return after villa is checked for breakages.
Bookings of 3 weeks or more will warrant a 10% reduction in price, [unless they are already showing a special offer price,we dont do our usual mid term cleans on special offers].

Air-condtioning {optional extra cost}will be charged at 5 euros per unit per day paid locally to the managment team. We do this so that the weekly rental is not high and you can control how many units and for how long you want it on in the day or by night.
This is noted on arrival and on departure and is to be paid locally to managment team.Our units are very energy"A " effcient and new , so will keep your usage to the minimum needed.

Free meet and greet service from Paphos is also available, to help you locate the villa easily, in normal hours .If your flight is arriving after hours the key will be placed in the key fob at villa entrance in readiness for your arrival, and location directions given to you on booking.
A booklet is inside our villa to help you with local amenities, rubbish collection days, bank opening times etc.
Air conditioning is charged at 5 euros per day per unit ,paid locally to management team, Our prices are very reasonable for such a deluxe villa,we dont charge a all inclusive price as we like to let guests control what they need to use.Ratehr than just place it all on top of rental cost.
The air condtioning units are very new and area grade A energy efficient, so the cost will not be high , [as long as you do not leave them24-7 on all day all night, or even when you are not in villa].We are also trying to be eco freindly.
Baby cots extra.
Euro travel cots for babys 25.00 euros minimum delivery so, even if the cot was for three days or one week it would still be Euros25.00,
Wooden cots however would be E6.00 per day rental ,plus E25.00 delivery so,total of EUROS 43.00 based on a weekly price.

Air-conditioning paid locally at 5 euros per unit per day to management locally. - Security deposit for damages or missing items of £200 returned a week after the villa is checked and cleaned. A non returnable deposit of 30% of total price is required at point of booking with us.
- If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the total amount is due when reservation is made. When balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Arrivals after 3pm. Please vacate by 11am on the day of departure. We can be flexible on departure day if notified we will try to help you with flight times if there are no immediate bookings after yours. Please check with us. Changeover days flexible.We may be able to store baggage for you unitl flights check locally with Ray for this service.
Clean towels, clean linen on arrival into the villa.Bring beach towels please!
If booking second or third week you will get one mid -week clean and change of towels thoughout, this is available only if paying full rental price.
If you have a discount or have taken one of our special offers than we do not supply any mid week clean.
We can arrange any extra maid service on your behalf if you wish to pay for this locally.
Please note no beach towels supplied.Please bring your own for the beach.
Free use of safe in the villa for your own use .please take care of the key.
